Offer Management System

The Offer Management System orchestrates a number of items: the definition and description of services (including rich media), the pricing of the offer, and the definition and description of third party add-on services that some consumers may require to facilitate or enhance their journey. A good offer management system reduces time to market, to hours and days rather than months and years, as is currently the case with traditional passenger service systems.

Dynamic Pricing and Inventory

With JR Technologies’ Dynamic Pricing and Inventory, you can simplify your current revenue management processes with automated pricing changes that maximize revenues and load factors in both point-to-point and hub-and-spoke O/D networks, without the use of multiple RBD nesting. By factoring in the real-time demand and your customized revenue targets, our Dynamic Pricing module customizes each offer, through all connected channels, using a proven data model and your own passenger information, to capture the greatest traffic volume at the highest available revenues for your airline; therefore increasing profits, while eliminating the complex and labor-intensive process of traditional revenue management.

Rich Content and Merchandizing System (RCMS)

When paired with the Offer Management System, RCMS expands the possibilities of personalized offers to your customers and increased revenues to your airline, by providing, air and non-air related products and services in the offer, with complete control by the airline through our drag-and-drop service creator.  Anything you want to sell and manage through your distribution channels can be offered through the RCMS, and with integration into your supplier APIs, you can fully automate the delivery of goods and services to your passengers, at the right time during their journey, while providing photos, videos, and other rich-content through any connected sales channel.

Multi-version API

The JR Technologies retailing platform is NDC 16.2, 17.2, 18.2 and ONE Order certified. Our multi-version API supports these multiple versions simultaneously, and therefore supports connectivity with Aggregators, OTAs, Airlines, and Agencies working with any NDC version. All incoming and outgoing messages are translated into a neutral format, thus the system can manage any request and respond as required. 

Using this communication also allows you to include any NDC interline partners within your offer, including access to any additional services that your partners may be able to include. 

Distribution Portal Suite

Our Distribution Portal Suite offers several options to increase your lowest-cost distribution channel, directly into your Retailing Platform. All portals feature offer customization based on the individual passenger, along with direct content from the RCMS and Dynamic Pricing modules, in order to maximize your sales at increased profitability with decreased look-to-book and churn. 

Our Internet Booking Engine (IBE) allows your passengers to access your custom offers at their leisure directly through your website on any device they choose.  APIs and deep links into the IBE allow easy access for any metasearch partner to put their customers in direct contact with you at any point along the purchase path, further reducing costs and increasing market exposure.

For your corporate agents, the JR Technologies Corporate Booking Tool offers enterprise-grade employee travel management that is fully scalable to meet the needs of any size company, in order to take full advantage of your NDC environment.
