The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. What great look like in this role?

You will be part of the JR Technologies IT team whose vision is to deliver personalized, customized experiences in the realm of travel and beyond. A successful candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. This team consists of system administrators, network engineers, cloud engineers, security engineers, and database administrators building an IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) platform.

More specifically a Sales Manager will be responsible for the following:

1. Sales Strategy and Growth:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets to expand the airline's reach.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches.

2. New Business Development:

  • Prospect and acquire new clients by identifying potential leads, conducting market research, and presenting compelling proposals.
  • Develop tailored solutions that align with the client's business objectives and the airline's offerings.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements to secure new partnerships.

3. Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Set clear sales goals, monitor progress, and develop action plans for improvement.

4. Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market trend analyses for management.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to adjust strategies, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions.

5. Industry Expertise:

  • Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes in the airline sector.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and workshops to network and gain insights.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (10-15 years) as a Sales Manager in the airline industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the airline industry, market dynamics, and customer segments.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales performance tracking tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
